安徽省发热伴血小板减少综合征部分流行地区蜱类分布调查

Tick distribution in some epidemic areas of fever with thrombocytopenia in Anhui Province

摘要

目的 调查安徽省安庆市和滁州市发热伴血小板减少综合征流行区蜱的种类及分布情况。方法 2017年6月份选择发热伴血小板减少综合征发病较高的安庆市4个自然村和滁州市4个自然村进行蜱类分布情况调查,采用人工布旗法采集外环境中的游离蜱,宿主体检蜱法采集羊体表寄生蜱,分析蜱种和蜱密度。结果 共捕获873只蜱虫,包括游离蜱虫212只和寄生蜱虫661只,隶属于1个科1个属2个种,游离蜱和寄生蜱均为硬蜱科的血蜱属,游离蜱中成蜱6只,经鉴定5只均为长角血蜱,另1只蜱种未明;寄生蜱中成蜱321只,主要为长角血蜱(99.4%),另外本次调查新发现大刺血蜱2只。游离蜱的平均密度为38.5只/人工小时·布旗。宿主动物羊的总染蜱率为83.3%,蜱密度为4.6只/宿主,蜱密度指数为5.5只/宿主。结论 长角血蜱是安徽省滁州市和安庆市发热伴血小板减少综合征流行区的优势蜱种,且外环境中的游离蜱密度和宿主动物中寄生蜱密度均较高,当地生产生活的居民面临较高的感染风险。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the distribution and species of ticks in the endemic areas of severe fever with thrombocytopenia (SFTS) in Anqing and Chuzhou City,Anhui province. Methods In June 2017,4 natural villages in Anqing city and 4 natural villages in Chuzhou City with high incidence of fever and thrombocytopenia syndrome were selected to investigate the distribution of ticks.The free ticks in the external environment were collected by artificial flag laying method,and the parasitic ticks on the body surface of sheep were collected by the surface ticks method of the host,and the tick species and tick density were analyzed. Results A total of 873 ticks were captured,including 212 free ticks and 661 parasitic ticks,which belong to 1 family,1 genus and 2 species.Both free ticks and parasitic ticks belong to Haemaphysalis of ixodelidae,6 adult ticks in free ticks,5 of which were identified as Haemaphysalis longicornis,the other one was unknown;321 adult ticks in parasitic ticks,mainly Haemaphysalis longicornis (99.4%),and 2 new Haemaphysalis major were found in this survey.The average density of free ticks was 38.5 per man hour.The total tick infection rate was 83.3%,tick density was 4.6 / host,and tick density index was 5.5/host. Conclusion Haemaphysalis longicornis is the dominant tick species in the epidemic area of fever with thrombocytopenia in Chuzhou and Anqing City of Anhui Province.The density of free ticks in the external environment and parasitic ticks in the host animals are both high,and the local residents who live and produce are faced with high risk of infection.
