摘要

瘦素是由肥胖基因编码的非糖基化多肽类激素,通过与瘦素受体结合,发挥生物学效应,增强免疫系统功能。瘦素受体广泛分布于包括皮质、杏仁核、海马体和丘脑在内的脑组织中,因此瘦素可能在精神疾病发生、发展中存在着广泛的作用。本文将回顾瘦素在抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症和自闭症等精神疾病中的作用。旨在通过本文,使读者进一步加深认识瘦素在精神疾病领域中的作用。

Abstract

Leptin is a non-glycosylated peptide hormone encoded by the obesity gene, exerts biological effects and enhances immune system function by binding to leptin receptors.Leptin receptors are widely distributed in brain tissues including the cortex, amygdala, hippocampus, and thalamus, so leptin may have a wide range of roles in the onset and development of mental disorders.This article will review the role of leptin in common mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and autism.It is hoped that this article will provide readers with a more comprehensive understanding of the role of leptin in the mental disorders.
