目的 追踪检测1起COVID-19疫情中无症状感染密切接触者。方法 使用含RNaseP扩增内标多重实时RT-PCR联合血清总抗体(胶体金)检测方法对该疫情疑似病例和无症状密切接触者多类型标本进行检测。结果 1例COVID-19疑似病例咽拭子和痰标本SARS-CoV-2 RNA阳性。318名无症状密切接触者中2人咽拭子SARS-CoV-2 RNA阳性,316人咽拭子SARS-CoV-2 RNA阴性,此316人中11人总抗体阳性(11人中2人肛拭子SARS-CoV-2 RNA阳性)。结论 多标本类型的采集联合多方法的检测对于追踪检测SARS-CoV-2无症状感染密切接触者具有重要意义。
Abstract
Objective To track and detect close contacts with asymptomatic infection in a COVID-19 outbreak. Methods Multiple real-time RT-PCR with RNaseP internal amplification control combined with total serum antibody (colloidal gold) assay was used to detect multiple types of specimens from suspected cases and asymptomatic close contacts. Results 1 suspected COVID-19 case was positive for SARS-CoV-2 RNA on throat swabs and sputum specimens.2 of 318 asymptomatic close contacts were SARS-CoV-2 RNA positive and the remaining 316 were SARS-CoV-2 RNA negative in throat swabs,11 of these 316 were total antibody positive (2 of 11 were SARS-CoV-2 RNA positive in anal swabs). Conclusion Collection of multiple specimen types combined with detection of multiple methods is of great significance for tracking and detecting close contacts with SARS-CoV-2 asymptomatic infection.
