目的 了解滁州市居民死因监测系统自杀死亡水平及自杀方式。方法 根据死因登记信息系统居民自杀死亡监测数据,分析滁州市2014-2018 年居民自杀死亡水平及自杀方式。结果 2014-2018 年滁州市居民自杀死亡人数共410例,年均自杀死亡率2.03/10万,校正自杀死亡率3.36/10万。各年度自杀死亡率差异无统计学意义。滁州市各县区居民自杀死亡率差异有统计学意义(χ²=23.795,P＜0.05)。自杀死亡构成随年龄的增长而增加,上吊、服毒或服农药是自杀两种主要方式,男性自杀死亡病例高于女性。结论 2014-2018年滁州市年均自杀死亡率较低,预防控制重点为农村地区和老年人群。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and suicide mode of suicidal deaths in Chuzhou City, and to provide basis for suicide intervention. Methods The surveillance data of causes of death in Chuzhou from 2014 to 2018 were collected to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and change trend of suicidal deaths in Chuzhou. Results From 2014 to 2018, there were 410 suicides in Chuzhou, with an average annual suicide death rate of 2.03/100000,adjusted suicide mortality rate is 3.36/100000.There was no significant difference in suicide mortality among the years.There was a significant difference in suicide mortality among counties and districts in Chuzhou City (χ²=23.795,P＜0.05).The level of suicide death increased with the increase of age.It was significantly higher in rural areas than in urban areas, mainly in two ways: hanging, taking poison or taking pesticide.The male was higher than the female. Conclusion From 2014 to 2018, the average annual suicide death rate in Chuzhou City is relatively lower.Prevention and control should focus on rural areas and the elderly.
