目的 描述霍山县新型冠状病毒肺炎的流行特征,分析防控工作中的经验和不足,为完善霍山县新冠肺炎疫情防控策略和措施提供依据。方法 对霍山县2020年1月31日-2月20日的22例新冠肺炎病毒感染者进行现场流行病学调查,分析新冠肺炎流行特征。结果 22例新冠肺炎病毒感染者中,确诊病例17例,无症状感染者5例。有6起聚集性疫情,涉及新冠病毒感染者18人,占感染者总数的81.8%。17例确诊病例中,4例首诊到定点医院就诊,确诊2例。10例指示病例中,有9例因病情迁延未见好转到定点医院就诊。家庭聚集性疫情中暴露到发病的时间间隔较长,中位数6 d。结论 霍山县新冠肺炎疫情在实施强有力控制措施后,有效控制了疫情传播。

Objective To describe the epidemic characteristics of COVID-19 in Huoshan County, and analyze the experience and deficiency in prevention and control work, so as to provide basis for perfecting the prevention and control strategy and measures of COVID-19 in Huoshan County. Methods Epidemiological investigation novel coronavirus pneumonia in novel coronavirus pneumonia cases was carried out in 22 cases of new crown pneumonia virus in Huoshan County from January 31, 2020 to February 20th. Results Among 22 cases of new coronavirus infection, 17 cases were confirmed and 5 cases were asymptomatic.There were 6 clusters of epidemic situation, involving 18 cases, accounting for 81.8% of the total number of infected persons.Among the 17 confirmed cases, 4 cases were first-time diagnosed to the designated hospital and 2 cases were confirmed.Of 10 indicative cases, 9 cases did not get better due to the delay of the condition and went to the designated hospital for treatment.The time interval between exposure and onset in a family cluster outbreak is longer, with a median of 6 days. Conclusion The epidemic situation of COVID-19 outbreak in Huoshan County has been effectively controlled after the implementation of strong national control measures.
