摘要

目的 分析职业性铅接触对患者血常规和肝功能的影响,探讨铅对机体的毒性作用。方法 87名职业性铅接触者为研究组,同期在安徽省职业病防治院健康体检的76人为对照组,采集两组人群血液,使用原子吸收分光光度仪检测其血铅水平,通过全自动血细胞分析仪检测其血常规,以全自动生化分析仪检测其肝功能指标,分析两组人群相关指标。结果 职业性铅接触组血常规中血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板计数(PLT)和网织红细胞计数(RET)的异常率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。职业性铅接触组谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的异常率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 职业性铅接触可导致血常规和肝功能的异常。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of occupational lead exposure on patient’s blood routine and liver function,and to explore the toxic effects of lead on the body. Methods 87 occupational lead exposures were the research group,and 76 people who had a physical examination at the Anhui Prevention and Treatment Center for Occupational Disease during the same period were the control group.The blood samples were collected from the two groups.The blood lead level was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The blood routine indexes were detected by automated hematology analyzer.The liver function indexes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The related indexes of the two groups were analyzed. Results The abnormal rates of hemoglobin (Hgb),platelet count (PLT) and reticulocyte count (RET) in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).The abnormal rates of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Occupational lead exposure can lead to abnormal blood routine and liver function.
