目的 分析中国糖尿病管理的研究现状和未来研究趋势。方法 收集1982-2019年中国知网(CNKI)发表的相关文献,采用“糖尿病管理”作为主题词进行检索,共8 551篇文献。采用Citespace软件对作者、机构、关键词绘制网络知识图谱并进行可视化分析。结果 经筛选后共纳入7 193篇中文文献,2000年以前发文量较少,之后呈现逐步上升的趋势;作者中孙子林的发文量最多,机构中以四川大学华西医院内分泌科发文量最多,分别为32篇和35篇;排名前五的高频关键词有糖尿病、2型糖尿病、自我管理、健康教育、社区;最强突现词排在前五位的有全程健康教育模式、糖尿病患者、血糖水平、护理管理、全程健康教育。结论 糖尿病管理研究已引起专家学者的关注,研究内容也在不断地深入和细化,未来的研究趋势将更加注重疾病的预防,但在作者与作者之间、机构与机构之间合作方面有待加强。

Objective To analyze the research status and future research trend of diabetes management in China. Methods A total of 8 551 relevant literatures published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 1982 to 2019 were retrieved with the key words of "diabetes management".CiteSpace software was used to draw the network knowledge map of authors,institutions and keywords,and then visual analysis was carried out. Results A total of 7 193 Chinese literatures were included for analysis after screening,the number of papers on diabetes management research was little before 2000,and then showed an upward trend.Among the authors,Sun Zilin published the most papers,and the Department of Endocrinology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University published the most papers,32 and 35 papers respectively.The top five high-frequency keywords were diabetes,type 2 diabetes,selfmanagement,health education and community.The top five burst terms were whole-process health education model,diabetics,blood glucose level,nursing management and the whole-process education. Conclusion Diabetes management research increasing attention in specialists and scholars at present,the research content in constant thorough and refinement,the future trend of research will pay more attention to the prevention of disease,but cooperation between the authors and institutions should be strengthened.
