摘要

目的 了解新冠疫情期间,医学生和非医学生视疲劳发生情况及影响因素。方法 采用网上问卷调查方式,对安徽省部分高校共3 000名学生进行调查,调查内容涵盖一般情况、视疲劳症状、日常用眼及护眼情况等。结果 共收回有效问卷2 671份,2 671份有效问卷中视疲劳总阳性率为69.64%,其中非医学生阳性率72.02%,医学生阳性率65.75%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.002,P=0.001)。性别、生源、近视、考研复习、晚上看书平均时长、白天看终端屏幕平均时长是医学生和非医学生发生视疲劳共同的影响因素。每天平均饮水量、午休习惯是医学生发生视疲劳的保护因素;熬夜到凌晨2时以后是非医学生发生视疲劳的危险因素。结论 新冠疫情期间大学生的视疲劳比较常见,非医学生和医学生视疲劳的影响因素存在异同点。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the incidence and related factors of asthenopia in medical and non-medical students during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted and filled in online.A total of 3 000 students from some universities in Anhui province were investigated.The survey covered general conditions,symptom method of asthenopia,eyeuse -eyecare,etc. Results A total of 2 671 valid questionnaires were collected.Among these questionnaires,the total incidence of asthenopia was 69.64%,that of non-medical students was 72.02%,and that of medical students was 65.75%,with statistically significant differences (χ2=12.002,P=0.001).Gender,source of students,myopia,preparation for postgraduate entrance examination,average length of reading at night and average length of viewing terminal screen in the daytime were common related factors for asthenopia among medical students and non-medical students.The average daily water intake and the habit of taking a nap were protective factors for asthenopia in medical students.Staying up until 2 am was a risk factor for asthenopia in non-medical students. Conclusion Asthenopia is common in college students during the period of COVID-19 epidemic.There are similarities and differences in the related factors of asthenopia between non-medical students and medical students.
