摘要

锐器伤为医务人员常见的职业危害之一,也是医务人员职业活动过程中血源性传播疾病的感染主要途径,已成为公共卫生领域关注的焦点问题之一。本文通过对国内外医务人员锐器伤发生现状进行综述,进一步分析锐器伤发生的高危因素,同时探讨各医疗机构现存防护措施对锐器伤的管理成效,为今后医疗机构在完善医务人员锐器伤的管理方面提供参考。

Abstract

Sharp instrument injury is one of the common occupational hazards of healthcare workers,and it is also the main route through which healthcare workers are exposed to blood-borne diseases during their professional activities.It has become one of the focus issues in the global public health field.This article summarizes the current situation of sharp instrument injury among healthcare workers at home and abroad,analyzes the risk factors of sharp instrument injury,and explores management effect of existing protective measures of medical institutions on sharp instrument injury,so as to provide a reference for improving the hospital management of sharp instrument injury among healthcare workers in the future.
