目的 了解松江区性病发病趋势和流行特征,揭示性病对人群健康的影响。方法 根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病监测系统中2010—2019年松江区性病监测资料,分析性病发病率及流行特征。结果 2010—2019年松江区累计报告性病病例14 779例,年均发病率为85.76/10万,性病疫情呈先升后降趋势。松江区性病报告的5种病种,以梅毒为主占54.48%。流行特征明显,女性、20~39岁青壮年、家务及待业和农民工3类人群发病为主。结论 松江区10年间性病发病水平总体呈下降趋势,不同人群发病水平差别较大,应开展针对性地性病防治知识健康宣教活动,强化多部门联防联控机制,控制性病疫情发展。
Abstract
Objective To understand the characteristics and epidemic trend of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in Songjiang District of Shanghai,and to reveal the impact of STDs on population health in Songjiang District. Methods STDs cases information from 2010 to 2019 were extracted from the China Infectious Diseases Report Information System,and the incidence and epidemic characteristics of STDs cases were analyzed. Results A total of 14,779 cases of STDs were reported from 2010 to 2019 in Songjiang District.The average annual incidence of STDs was 85.76/100,000.The trends of the reported cases incidence were increasing before 2016 and after that year was decreasing.Among the five types of sexually transmitted diseases reported in Songjiang District,syphilis accounted for 54.48%.Epidemic characteristics were obvious,most of the patients were women,young adults aged 20-39,domestic workers,unemployed and migrant workers. Conclusion The incidence of STDs in Songjiang District has shown a downward trend in the past 10 years,and the incidence of different populations is quite different.It is necessary to carry out targeted health education activities for the prevention and control of STDs,strengthen the multi-sector joint prevention and control mechanism,and control the development of STDs.
