安徽省某寄宿制学校初中生抑郁现状及其家庭影响因素研究

摘要

目的 探讨寄宿制学校初中生抑郁现状及其家庭影响因素,为寄宿制学校中学生抑郁症状的家庭预防提供参考依据。方法 选取安徽省庐江县某寄宿制学校的1 828名初中生为研究对象,使用《贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版》评估抑郁症状,采用χ2检验进行抑郁症状的单因素分析,logistic逐步回归法进行抑郁症状的多因素分析。结果 该校初中生抑郁症状的检出率为48.4%(867/1 790)。logistic逐步回归结果显示,女生(OR=1.778,P<0.001)、寄宿期间与父母见面频率低(OR=1.386,P=0.016)是寄宿制学校初中生抑郁症状的危险因素;主观家庭社会经济地位中等(OR=0.632,P=0.008)、4周内与母亲无争执(OR=0.452,P<0.001)、亲子亲密度高(OR=0.662,P=0.001)以及父母温暖抚育度高(OR=0.592,P<0.001)是寄宿制学校初中生抑郁症状的保护因素。结论 寄宿制学校初中生抑郁症状检出率高,良好的家庭关系可减少其抑郁症状的发生。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the current situation of depression among junior middle school students in boarding schools and their family influencing factors,and to provide a reference basis for family prevention of students with depressive symptoms. Methods A total of 1 828 junior middle school students was chosen from a boarding school in Lujiang County,Anhui province.The Chinese Version of the Beck Depression Inventory-II was used to assess students’ depressive symptoms.The χ2 test was used for univariate analysis of depression symptoms and the logistic stepwise regression method was used for multivariate analysis of depression symptoms. Results The detection rate of depression symptoms among junior middle school students in this school was 48.4% (867/1 790).Logistic regression analysis showed that female (OR=1.778,P<0.001) and low frequency of meeting with parents (OR=1.386,P=0.016) were risk factors for depression symptoms of junior middle school students in boarding schools.Medium subjective family socioeconomic status (OR=0.632,P=0.008),no dispute with mother within four weeks (OR=0.452,P<0.001),high parent-child intimacy (OR=0.662,P=0.001),and high parental warmth (OR=0.592,P<0.001) were protective factors for the depression symptoms of junior middle school students in boarding schools. Conclusion The detection rate of depressive symptoms is high among middle school students in boarding schools,and good family relationships may reduce the occurrence of depression symptoms.
