目的 了解母子健康手册APP的使用行为现状及影响因素,为完善母子健康手册APP功能、提高服务对象使用依从性提供科学依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,于2021年1—2月对淮北市各县区医疗机构1 124名研究对象的基本情况、母子健康手册APP使用情况进行问卷调查。使用χ2检验、logistic回归模型分析居民母子健康手册APP使用情况及影响因素。结果 母子健康手册APP的使用率为56.05%,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,知晓母子健康手册APP(OR=1.548,95%CI:1.048～2.287)、了解母子健康手册APP(OR=2.509,95%CI:1.745～3.609)、信任母子健康手册APP(OR=4.592,95%CI:3.140～6.716)、对母子健康手册APP的总体评价满意度(OR=2.978,95%CI:2.092～4.239)、母子健康手册APP功能和推送的医学知识满足需求(OR=5.308,95%CI:3.677～7.662)和近6个月搜索过相关健康信息(OR=9.218,95%CI:6.280～13.528)与母子健康手册APP的使用率高有关,而已有生育史(OR=0.367,95%CI:0.260～0.520)与APP的使用率低有关。结论 母子健康手册APP使用率较低,应加强监管信息的安全性,以服务对象的需求为中心,改善APP使用和就医体验,最终提高患者使用APP的依从性。
Abstract
Objective To understand the use behavior of Maternal and Child Health Manual APP and its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the function of Maternal and Child Health Manual APP and the compliance of service objects. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the basic information and the use of Maternal and Child Health Manual APP among 1 124 subjects in medical institutions of various counties and districts in Huaibei City from January to February 2021.The χ2test and logistic regression model were used to analyze residents' use of the APP and its influencing factors. Results The utilization rate of Maternal and Child Health Manual APP was 56.05%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that knowing about the APP (OR=1.548,95%CI:1.048-2.287),understanding about the APP (OR=2.509,95%CI:1.745-3.609),trusting the APP (OR=4.592,95%CI:3.140-6.716),satisfaction with the overall evaluation of the APP (OR=2.978,95%CI:2.092-4.239),the functions and medical knowledge pushed by the APP to meet the needs (OR=5.308,95%CI:3.677-7.662) and having searched for relevant health information in the last 6 months (OR=9.218,95%CI:6.280-13.528) were associated with high usage of the APP.However,having a history of fertility was associated with low Mother and Child Health Handbook APP usage (OR=0.367,95%CI:0.260-0.520). Conclusion The utilization rate of Maternal and Child Health Manual APP is low.The security of regulatory information should be enhanced,focusing on the needs of service objects,improving APP use and medical treatment experience,and ultimately improving patients' compliance in using APP.
