目的 通过对徐州市2012—2020年新报告50岁及以上HIV/AIDS疫情变化趋势、人口学特征、传播途径及发现途径等相关信息进行分析,为针对性地制定老年人群艾滋病防治措施提供参考依据。方法 根据艾滋病综合防治信息系统中2012—2020年徐州市新报告的50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病例,描述和分析不同年份的50岁及以上HIV/AIDS流行病学特征,采用趋势性卡方检验分析新报告的老年人HIV/AIDS感染率的变化趋势。结果 2012—2020年徐州市新报告50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病例516例,占总报告数的23.93%。50岁及以上病例数逐年增加,年平均增长速度25.29%,其占总报告数比例呈上升趋势(χ²_线性=38.128,P＜0.001)。传播方式以异性性传播为主,占74.61%,男男同性性传播占23.06%。结论 徐州市2012—2020年新报告50岁及以上病例数逐年增加,其占总报告数比例呈上升趋势。应针对性地开展老年人群的艾滋病知识宣传和行为干预,尤其是加强农村地区老年人艾滋病宣教及防控工作。

Objective To analyze the trends,demographic characteristics,transmission routes and discovery routes of newly reported HIV infection cases in people aged 50 years and above in Xuzhou City between 2012-2020 and provide pointed evidence for the formulation of AIDS prevention and control measures for the elderly. Methods Data were collected from the Basic Web-based HIV/AIDS Case Reporting System.The HIV infection cases in Xuzhou people aged 50 years and above reported between 2012-2020 were selected.Their basic epidemiological characteristics were described,and Chi-square test of Linear-by-Linear Association was used to analyze the trend of new diagnosis rate among the elderly. Results From 2012 to 2020,516 new cases of HIV/AIDS aged 50 years and above were reported in Xuzhou City,accounting for 23.93% of the total reported cases.The number of cases aged 50 and above was increasing year by year,with an average annual growth rate of 25.29% and its proportion in the total number of reports showed an upward trend(χ² _linear=38.128,P＜0.001).Heterosexual transmission was dominant,accounted for 74.61% and male-male sexual transmission accounted for 23.06%. Conclusions From 2012 to 2020,the number of newly reported cases aged 50 and above in Xuzhou City increased year by year,and its proportion in the total number of reported cases showed an upward trend.Targeted AIDS knowledge publicity and behavioral intervention should be carried out among the elderly,especially in rural areas.
