摘要

目的 了解2018—2021年阜阳市常住人口心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、慢性呼吸系统疾病和糖尿病四大类慢性病死亡状况、特征及变化趋势,为慢性病预防控制措施的干预提供参考依据。方法 利用人口死亡信息登记管理系统和人口数据资料分析四大类慢性病死亡及早死状况,通过寿命表法计算30~69岁人群四大类慢性病死亡的风险。结果 阜阳市2018—2021年四大类慢性病年均死亡率为643.64/10万,年均早死概率为13.49%。总死亡中,四大类慢性病占85.76%,四大类慢性病过早死亡占24.07%,粗死亡率及占全人群死亡比例呈现整体上升趋势(χ2=180.861,P<0.001;χ2=152.759,P<0.001)。早死概率呈整体下降趋势(APC=-4.59%)。结论 四大类慢性病是导致阜阳市居民死亡的主要原因;阜阳市四大类慢性病早死概率处于一个相对较高的水平。降低慢性病过早死亡是慢性病防控的主要目标,全面加强慢性病危险因素的防控,推进全面健康生活方式将有助于降低四大类慢性病早死概率。

Abstract

Objective To understand the death status,characteristics and change trends of four major categories of chronic diseases,including cardiovascular diseases,malignant neoplasms,chronic respiratory diseases and diabetes,in the resident population of Fuyang City from 2018-2021,and to provide a reference basis for chronic disease prevention and control measures. Methods Mortality and demographic data information was used to analyze the mortality and early mortality status of the four major chronic disease categories.Life table method was used to calculate the risk of death from four major chronic diseases in people aged 30-69 years. Results The average annual mortality rate of the four major chronic diseases was 643.64/100 000 in Fuyang City from 2018 to 2021,and the average annual rate of early death was 13.49%.Among the total deaths,the four major chronic diseases death accounted for 85.76% and the four major chronic diseases early death accounted for 24.07%.The crude death rate and the composition of causes of death showed an overall increasing trend (χ2=180.861,P<0.001,χ2=152.759,P<0.001) .The probability of early death showed an overall decreasing trend (APC=-4.59%). Conclusion Four major types of chronic diseases are the main causes of death for Fuyang City residents.The probability of premature death from four major types of chronic diseases in Fuyang City is at a relatively high level.Reducing premature death from chronic diseases is the main goal of prevention and control of chronic diseases.Strengthening the prevention and control of risk factors for chronic diseases and promoting comprehensive healthy lifestyle actions will help reduce the probability of premature death from four major categories of chronic diseases.
