目的 了解铜陵市婴幼儿心理行为发育情况,分析其影响因素。方法 使用年龄与发育进程问卷(ASQ-3)对1 927名2～36月龄婴幼儿进行发育筛查,采用描述性分析、单因素χ2检验和多因素logistic回归分析发育迟缓率及其影响因素。结果 1 927名筛查对象中,一个或一个以上能区低于界值259人,总体发育迟缓检出率13.44%,其中以沟通能区发育迟缓检出率最高,为9.44%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,女孩(OR=0.547,95%CI:0.414～0.723)、父母为主带养(OR=0.739,95%CI:0.644～0.847)及母亲文化程度高(OR=0.486,95%CI:0.310～0.763)是婴幼儿心理行为发育的保护因素。结论 早期筛查和定期监测婴幼儿心理行为发育,对促进婴幼儿健康成长具有重要意义。
Abstract
Objective To explore the psychological and behavioral development of infants in Tongling City,and to analysis the influencing factors. Methods The Age and Developmental Process Questionnaire (ASQ-3) was used to screen the development of 1 927 infants aged 2 to 36 months.Descriptive analysis,single factor chi square test and multivariate logistic regression were used to analysis the influencing factors of developmental delay rate. Results Of the 1 927 screened subjects,259 children got the score below the limit in one or more than one energy zones.The overall detection rate of developmental delay was 13.44%,with the highest detection rate of 9.44% for developmental delay in the communicating energy zone.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that girls(OR=0.547,95%CI:0.414-0.723),parental primary care(OR=0.739,95%CI:0.644-0.847) and mother’s high education degree (OR=0.486,95%CI:0.310-0.763)were protection factors of the psychological behavior development of children. Conclusion Early screening and regular monitoring of children’s psychological behavior development of infants are of great significance in promoting the healthy growth of infants.
