目的 了解安徽省医疗机构内镜诊疗中心软式内镜清洗消毒情况,分析其存在的问题。方法 使用方便抽样法发放问卷98份抽取安徽省开展内镜诊疗的医疗机构。依据WS 507—2016《软式内镜清洗消毒技术规范》和临床实际设计问卷进行调查。结果 共收集有效问卷69份,纳入护理人员320名,日均诊疗数多为0~30例(72.46%);内镜诊疗中心房间设置均独立;清洗消毒室以自然通风为主(63.77%);清洗消毒设备除非手触式水龙头(68.12%)外,其余配置率达80%以上;个人防护用品配备较齐全;每次清洗前测漏率为60.87%,每天测漏一次完成率为100%;清洗消毒方式以手工加自动为主(60.87%);使用消毒剂类型主要为邻苯二甲醛(65.22%),清洗用水主要为纯化水(82.62%);清洗消毒过程中,仍有少数机构未能按要求更换洗消物品;90%以上的医疗机构可以按要求完成监测和记录。结论 69所医疗机构清洗消毒工作基本符合规范,需增加内镜诊疗中心设施、设备配置方面投入,合理配置人员,加强对清洗消毒过程的监测,不断改进洗消流程,提升洗消质量。

Objective To understand the cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes in endoscopy diagnostic and treatment centers of medical institutions in Anhui Province,and to analyze their existing problems. Methods Ninety-eight questionaires were distributed using the convenience sampling method,sampling medical institutions in Anhui Province that carried out endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.Questionnaires were designed for the survey based on the WS 507-2016 Regulation for cleaning and disinfection technigue of flexible endoscopes and the clinical practice. Results A total of 69 valid questionnaires were collected,including 320 nursing staff,the average daily diagnosis and treatment number was mostly 0-30 cases (72.46%).Rooms of the endoscopy diagnosis and treatment center were all independent.The cleaning and sterilization room was mainly naturally ventilated (63.77%).The cleaning and sterilization equipment was equipped with more than 80%,except for the touchless faucet (68.12%).The personal protective equipment was relatively complete.The rate of leakage testing before each cleaning was 60.87%,and the completion rate of leakage testing once a day was 100%.The cleaning and sterilization methods were mainly manual and automatic (60.87%),the main types of disinfectants used was ortho-phthalaldehyde (65.22%),and the water used for cleaning was mainly purified water (82.62%).During the cleaning and disinfection process,a few institutions still failed to replace the decontamination items as required.More than 90% of medical institutions can complete monitoring and recording as required. Conclusion Cleaning and disinfecting in 69 healthcare facilities is generally in line with the norms,and it is necessary to increase investment in facilities and equipment configuration of endoscopy diagnostic and treatment centers,reasonably allocate personnel,strengthen the monitoring of the cleaning and disinfection process,and continuously improve the cleaning and disinfection process and improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection.
