摘要

目的探讨MATLAB程序在医疗机构传染病信息报告和管理中的作用。方法收集2023年长丰县双墩中心卫生院、长丰县中医院门诊和住院日志数据及中国疾病预防控制信息系统中已网络报告的传染病数据,以使用MATLAB程序作为实验组,以传统手工利用Excel及其函数的方法作为对照组,比较采用2种方法在筛选出传染病数量和判定传染病的漏报数、迟报数、耗时之间的差异性,并评价作用效果。结果使用双墩中心卫生院、长丰县中医院2家医疗机构门诊日志数据分析时,实验组与对照组在筛选出的传染病数量、判定的漏报数和迟报数之间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),但对照组耗时(91.81 min、115.45 min)分别为实验组耗时(3.28 min、2.78 min)的27.99倍、41.53倍;使用2家医疗机构住院日志数据分析时,实验组与对照组在筛选出的传染病数量、判定的漏报数和迟报数差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),但对照组耗时(5.52 min、130.51 min)分别为实验组耗时(1.50 min、1.90 min)的3.68倍、68.69倍。结论使用MATLAB程序用于医疗机构传染病信息报告和管理工作,可以提高传染病报告工作效率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of MATLAB procedure in the reporting and management of infectious diseases in medical institutions. Methods Data on outpatient and inpatient log from Shuangdun Central Health Center of Changfeng County and Changfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as well as data reported online in the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System,were collected in 2023.Using the MATLAB program as the experimental group and the traditional manual methods using Excel and its functions as the control group.We compared the differences between the two methods in screening the number of infectious diseases,determining the number of missed reports,delayed reports,and time consumption of infectious diseases,and evaluated their effectiveness. Results When analyzed outpatient log data from two medical institutions,Shuangdun Central Health Center and Changfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the number of infectious diseases screened,the number of missed reports and the number of delayed reports (P>0.05).However,the time consumed by the control group (91.81 min,115.45 min) was 27.99 and 41.53 times the time consumed by the experimental group(3.28 min,2.78 min),respectively.When analyzed hospitalization log data from two medical institutions,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the number of infectious diseases screened,the number of missed reports and the number of late reports (P>0.05).However,the time consumption of the control group (5.52 min,130.51 min) was 3.68 times and 68.69 times that of the experimental group (1.50 min,1.90 min),respectively. Conclusion The use of the MATLAB program for the reporting and management of infectious disease information in medical institutions can improve the efficiency of infectious disease reporting.
