目的 了解仪征市医务人员丙肝防治知识知晓情况及相关影响因素,为提高医务人员知晓率水平提供依据。方法 随机抽取2023年仪征市10家医疗机构医务人员进行丙肝防治知识知晓情况调查,收集丙肝防治基本知识、专业知识、相关政策等数据,采用χ²检验和多因素logistic回归分析调查对象丙肝防治知识知晓情况和影响因素。结果 共调查973人。2023年仪征市医务人员丙肝知识知晓率为31.76%,其中定点医院医务人员知晓率最高(46.20%),一级医院医务人员知晓率最低(7.61%)。多因素logisitic回归分析结果显示:医生丙肝知晓率高于护士(OR=1.499,95%CI:1.014~2.214);相较于20~33岁的医务人员,34~47岁(OR=2.998,95%CI:1.273~7.015)、48~61岁(OR=3.737,95%CI:1.462~9.555)医务人员丙肝知晓率更高;近一年参加过培训的医务人员丙肝知晓率高于没有参加培训的医务人员(OR=3.403,95%CI:2.417~4.790);相较于一级卫生院的医务人员,定点医院(OR=30.470,95%CI:14.688~63.207)、二级医院(OR=3.917,95%CI:2.049~7.486)医务人员丙肝知晓率更高。结论 仪征市医务人员丙肝防治知识知晓率较低,应加强医务人员丙肝防治知识的培训,提升全市医务人员丙肝防治能力。

Objective To understand the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis C among medical staff in Yizheng and the related influencing factors,in order to provide evidence for improving the awareness rate of medical staff.Methods In 2023,medical personnel from 10 medical institutions in Yizheng were randomly selected to conduct a survey on knowledge of hepatitis C prevention and treatment.The data such as basic knowledge,professional knowledge and relevant policies of hepatitis C prevention and treatment were collected.The knowledge of hepatitis C prevention and treatment and the factors affecting the knowledge of hepatitis C prevention and treatment were analyzed by using Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 973 individuals were surveyed.The awareness rate of medical staff in Yizheng in 2023 was 31.76%,among which the awareness rate of designated hospitals was the highest (46.20%),and the awareness rate of primary-level hospitals was the lowest (7.61%).Multivariate logistic regression results showed that the awareness rate of doctors was higher than that of nurses (OR=1.499,95%CI:1.014-2.214).Compared with medical personnel aged 20-33 years,those aged 34-47 years (OR=2.998,95%CI:1.273-7.015) and 48-61 years (OR=3.737,95%CI:1.462-9.555) had higher awareness rate of hepatitis C.The awareness rate of hepatitis C among the medical staff who had participated in the training in the past year was higher than that of the medical staff who had not participated in the training (OR=3.403,95%CI:2.417-4.790).The awareness rate of hepatitis C among medical staff in designated hospitals (OR=30.470,95%CI:14.688-63.207) and secondary hospitals (OR=3.917,95%CI:2.049-7.486) was higher than that in primary-level hospitals.Conclusion The awareness rate of prevention and treatment of hepatitis C among medical staff in Yizheng is relative low.It is necessary to strengthen the training of medical personnel on hepatitis C prevention and treatment,and improve the overall capacity of medical staff in the city.
