摘要

目的分析重庆市永川区A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的损耗系数,为减少疫苗浪费提供科学依据。方法通过重庆市疫苗管理信息系统收集2022—2023年30家接种单位A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗(MPV-A)的使用和接种剂次数,计算损耗系数并分析其影响因素。结果永川区2022—2023年MPV-A使用量为39 580剂,接种量为22 751剂,损耗系数为1.74,其中2022—2023年损耗系数分别为1.98、1.49。Spearman相关分析结果显示,MPV-A损耗系数与接种量呈负相关关系(r=-0.483,P=0.007)。结论永川区2022—2023年MPV-A损耗系数符合国家标准,建议采用集中预约制度以减少多人份疫苗损耗。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the wastage coefficient of group A meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine (MPV-A) in Yongchuan District of Chongqing,thus to provide scientific basis for reducing vaccine wastage.Methods The use and dosage of MPV-A in 30 vaccination units from 2022 to 2023 were collected through the Chongqing Vaccine Management Information System.The wastage coefficient was calculated,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results The total usage of MPV-A in Yongchuan District from 2022 to 2023 was 39 580 doses,with 22 751 doses administered,and the wastage coefficient was 1.74.The wastage coefficients of 2022 and 2023 were 1.98 and 1.49,respectively.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the wastage coefficient of MPV-A was negatively correlated with the administered doses (r=-0.483,P=0.007).Conclusion The wastage coefficient of MPV-A in Yongchuan District of Chongqing from 2022 to 2023 meets the national standard.It is suggested that a central appointment system should be adopted to reduce the wastage of multi-dose vaccines.
