摘要

目的 调查传播来源与可能的传播途径,为有效控制疫情提供科学依据。方法 根据暴发疫情调查步骤开展病例的流行病学调查,游泳馆卫生学调查,探索疫情暴发原因。结果 62例疑似病例腺病毒感染临床症状以发热为主,咽炎占80.00%(48/62)、咳嗽占56.45%(35/62)、眼结膜炎占25.81%(16/62)。60例患者咽试子标本实验室检测结果显示腺病毒核酸阳性,患者均有游泳馆游泳史,该起暴发疫情可能是由游泳馆游泳导致的腺病毒感染引起。结论 本次疫情为发生在游泳场馆内的腺病毒感染暴发疫情,确切感染途径不清。应加强公共场所传染病防控,将消杀措施有效落实。

Abstract

Objective To provide scientific basis for the effective control of the epidemic by investigating the sources of communication and possible ways of transmission. Methods Epidemiological investigation, hygiene investigation, risk factors explore and outbreak causes were carried out according to the outbreak investigation steps. Results A total of 62 suspected cases had significant clinical symptom of adenovirus, and the main clinical symptoms of 62 suspected cases were fever, pharyngitis accounted for 80% (48/62), cough accounted for 56.45% (35/62), and conjunctivitis accounted for 25.81% (16/62). The laboratory test results showed that 60 cases were positive of adenovirus nucleic acid, and cases had swimming history of natatorium, indicating that the swimming pool might be the cause of outbreak. Conclusion The investigation showed that this outbreak occurred in swimming pool was infected by adenovirus. Thus, we should strengthen the supervision of public places, and carry out effectively implement disinfection measures without delay.
