目的 分析涡阳县2005~2014年疟疾流行形势及趋势,为制定疟疾防治措施及消除疟疾提供科学依据。方法 收集涡阳县2005~2014年疟疾监测数据、疟疾病例调查等资料,对疟疾发病情况、感染来源及三间分布进行分析。结果 2005~2014年共报告疟疾病例21 462例,报告发病率从2005年的252.79/10万上升到2006年的568.21/10万,达到最高峰;随后逐年下降,2013年和2014年未报告本地感染疟疾病例。各年发病率呈现单峰分布,流行季节(5-10月)报告病例数占89.72%; 25个乡镇病例数居于前5位的是龙山、闸北、新兴、高炉和马店,报告病例数分别占全县总病例数的41.20%; 11~20岁年龄组占20.11%,农民和学生分别占67.37%和21.30%;2008年前后年龄分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=45.8716,P<0.0001)。结论 涡阳县疟疾发病水平已得到有效控制,2013年和2014无本地例报告,初步实现消除疟疾的目标。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of malaria in Guo yang county from 2005 to 2014, and provide the evidence for drawing up the malaria control and elimination measures. Methods We collected epidemiological data of malaria cases in Guo yang county from 2005 to 2014. Then, the temporal, regional and population distribution of the malaria were analyzed. Results A total of 21 462 malaria cases were reported from 2005 to 2014, the proportion of cases during epidemic season was 89.72%; the incidence rate of malaria was an unimodal distribution, and the cases in epidemic season were higher than those of non epidemic season, which was statistically significant(P<0.0001). Morbidity increased from 2005 (252.79/105) to 2006 (568.21/105), then declined to 2013 (0) and 2014 (0). The first five main sources of case were Longshan, Zhabei, Xinxing, Gaolu and Madian townships, and the proportion were 10.86%, 9.46%, 8.56%, 7.08%, 5.23%, respectively. The sex ratio (male vs. female) was 1.33:1, and the patients aged from 11 to 20 was primary component (20.11%), and farmers and students accounted for 67.37% and 21.30%, respectively. Before and after 2008, the age distribution difference was statistically significant(χ2=45.8716, P<0.001). Conclusion The malaria epidemic situation has been effectively controlled in Guoyang county, and there was zero infection in 2013 and 2014. The goal of eliminating malaria was primarily realized.
