目的 了解淮北市10年来结核病控制工作质量的变化情况,寻找工作中的薄弱环节,为今后更好地开展结核病控制工作提供科学依据。方法 选择9个用于评价结核病控制工作质量的指标,采用密切值法对2004~2013年淮北市结核病控制工作质量进行综合评价。结果 通过密切值法计算,淮北市2005年度的工作质量密切值为0.00,质量最好;2007年度的工作质量密切值为1.96,质量最差。结论 密切值法评价的结果与实际工作情况相符,具有很好的客观性和实用性,值得在结核病控制工作综合评价中推广应用。

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of the quality of the tuberculosis control work over the past 10 years in the Huaibei city and find out the weakness of the tuberculosis control,for to providing scientific evidence for better controlling tuberculosis. Methods Based on 9 evaluation indexes of tuberculosis control, this study employed the close-value method to comprehensively evaluate the quality of tuberculosis control efforts in Huaibei city. Results The close-value in 2005 was 0.00, which was the best in the 10 years. The close-value in 2007 was 1.96, which was the worst in the 10 years. Conclusion The evaluation based on close-value method was fitted well with the true tuberculosis control work. It turns out that this method is Objective and feasible. Therefore, the close-value method can be used and popularized in evaluation of tuberculosis control work.
