摘要

目的 了解安徽省各级疾病预防控制中心(简称“疾控中心”)饮用水水质检测能力现状,分析存在的问题,推进水质检测实验室的能力建设。方法 以问卷调查的方式,对安徽省市、县、区级疾控中心的水质检测能力、检验人员信息以及相关仪器的配备情况进行调查。结果 2015年,全省市、县、区级疾控中心计量认证通过率分别为100%、72.58%、21.62%。常规指标、非常规指标和全项指标的平均检测能力市级疾控中心分别为40.2、29.1、69.3项;县级疾控中心分别为34.1、1.0、35.2 项;区级疾控中心分别为12.7、0.3、13.7项。市、县、区级疾控中心水质检测实验室人员平均每单位分别为9.2、4.6、2.9人;主要水质检测仪器市、县、区级疾控中心平均具备18.0、12.8、6.0种。结论 全省基层疾控中心计量认证通过率不高,水质检测能力薄弱,人员和仪器缺乏问题突出,需加强水质检测能力建设。

Abstract

Objective To know the status of drinking water quality detection ability of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as "CDCs" ) at prefecture and county levels in Anhui province, analyze existing problems and promote the capability building of water quality detection laboratory. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the water quality detection ability, detection personnel and relevant detecting instruments of CDCs at prefecture, county and district levels in Anhui province. Results In 2015, passing rates of metrological certification of CDCs at prefecture,county levels were 100%, 72.58% and 21.62% respectively. The average detecting abilities of conventional items, unconventional items and all items of city CDCs were 40.2, 29.1 and 69.2 respectively, with county CDCs-34.1, 1.0, 35.2 and district CDCs-12.7, 0.3, 13.7. Water quality detection laboratory personnel of CDCs at prefecture, county and district levels were 9.2, 4.6 and 2.9 per institution respectively. Major water quality detection instruments of CDCs at prefecture, county and district levels were 18.0, 12.8 and 6.0 respectively. Conclusion Of local CDCs all over the whole province, the passing rate of metrological certification was low, water detection ability was weak, the personnel and instruments were insufficient. Therefore, water quality detection ability should be strengthened.
