目的 探索灵芝孢子油对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组以及对照组,分别给3个剂量组的小鼠以0.167 g/kg·BW、0.333 g/kg·BW、1.000g/kg·BW 灵芝孢子油软胶囊内容物连续灌胃30d,对照组给予大豆油,测定小鼠免疫器官指数、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能以及非特异性免疫功能等指标。结果 与对照组相比,试验组各剂量对小鼠体重、胸腺指数、脾指数和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力均无影响;0.333 g/kg·BW、1.000g/kg·BW 能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化,增强小鼠自然杀伤细胞活性,1.000 g/kg·BW 能促进小鼠迟发型变态反应和小鼠抗体生成细胞增殖,提高小鼠血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠碳廓清能力。结论 灵芝孢子油软胶囊具有增强免疫功能作用,应用于预防慢性病具有较广阔的发展前景。
Abstract
Objective To explore effect on immune function by ganoderma ludidum spore oil. Methods Mice were randomly divided into low, medium, high dosage group and control groups. The mice were orally administrated with the content of ganderma ludidum spore oil capsule for 30 days at the dose of 0.167, 0.333, 1.000g/(kg·BW) in the three dosage groups, respectively. Soybean oil was given in the control group. Immune organ index, the function of cellular immunity, humoral immunity, non-specific immunity and other indicators in mice were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the body weight, thymus index, spleen index and the phagocytic power of celiac macrophage to chicken erythrocyte in all dosage groups were not changed significantly. The transformation of spleen lymphocytes and the activity of natural killer cells were promoted significantly in both 0.333 and 1.000g/(kg·BW) dosage groups. Indexes including the response of delayed type hypersensitivity, proliferation of antibody-producing cell, level of serum hemolysin, ability of carbon clearance were increased significantly in 1.000g/(kg·BW) dosage group. Conclusion Ganderma ludidum spore oil capsule may strengthen immune function in mice and it has broad prospects for the prevention of chronic disease.
