目的 了解安徽省2015年“两纲”妇幼保健指标进展和达标情况。方法 通过现有数据的利用、现场调查收集数据等形式获得2010年和2015年所有妇幼卫生指标。将2015年的指标与2010年比较,判断进展程度;与2020年的目标值进行比较,评估工作进展。结果 在23项妇幼保健指标中,2010年有6项指标没有数值,2015年所有指标都有数值。2015年与2010年指标值相比,在9项该降的指标中,有7项降低了77.8%;8个该升的指标都有所提升。与2020年目标值相比,有17个指标达标,占74.0%,其中妇女保健指标提前达标率为69.2%,儿童保健指标提前达标率为80.0%。结论 安徽省近5年妇幼保健工作取得显著成绩,实现了“时间过半,任务过半”的目标。真正顺利完成2020年“两纲”目标任务,任重道远。

Objective To identify the progress and achievement level of maternal and child health (MCH) indicators in the two national programs (of women and children development) in Anhui province, China. Methods The MCH indicators in both 2010 and 2015 were obtained using existing data and field survey reults. The progress of indicators was judged by comparing the values in 2015 to 2010. The achievement level was calculated by comparing the values in 2015 to 2020's goal. Results Among the 23 MCH indicators, there were 6 with no values in 2010 and all with values in 2015. Compared to 2010, in 2015, 7 decreased among the 9 indicators which needed to decrease (77.8%); all increased among the 8 indicators which needed to increase. Compared to 2020's goal, there were 17 indicators achieved the goal (74.0%), with achievement rates of 69.2% and 80.0% for maternal and child health respectively. Conclusion The progress and achievement of MCH in Anhui in the recent 5 years were significant, realizing the midterm goals. However, there were many challenges and problems in the road to achieving the "two programs" goals. By improving measures and indicator adjustment, there is a hope to reaching the goals in the year of 2020.
