目的 应用加权秩和比法对福建省农村环境卫生质量进行综合评价,为政府和相关部门制定行之有效的农村环境卫生管理策略和措施提供科学依据。 方法 2012年7~8月在福建省19个县开展农村环境卫生现状调查,通过查阅文献、咨询专家等方法筛选出13个评价指标,应用加权秩和比法进行综合分析与评价。 结果 19个县的农村环境卫生质量被划分成高、中、低三档,其中质量高的县有4个;中等质量的县有12个;质量低的县有3个。经方差检验,分档综合指标质量的差异具有统计学意义(F= 41.21,P<0.0001)。 结论 福建省农村环境卫生整体水平还比较落后,且发展不均衡。加权秩和比法用于农村环境卫生质量分析,具有一定的应用价值。
Abstract
Objective Weighted rank sum ratio method was applied to make comprehensive evaluation on the rural environmental health quality in Fujian in order to provide a scientific basis for governmental departments concerned to formulate effective health management strategies and measures. Methods From July to August in 2012, status of rural environmental health was investigated in 19 counties of Fujian province. Through studying the literature and consulting the experts, we selected 13 representative indexes, then weighted rank sum ratio method was used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The rural environmental health quality of 19 counties was classified into superior, medium and inferior three categories, in which four counties were superior and were M、L、A、S, twelve counties were medium and were C、Q、G、D…、O, three counties were inferior and were E、N、H. Variance analysis showed that the difference between three categories were statistically significant(F= 41.21, P<0.0001). Conclusion The entire status of the rural environmental health quality in Fujian was still backward and unevenly developed. The imbalance of regional economic development was an important reason in restricting the development of the rural environmental health.The weighted rank sum ratio method could classified and sorted, which could help to control the overall distribution on the performances of the rural environmental health quality in fujian province,and provides the foundation for reflecting the environmental hygiene status in rural areas scientifically and objectively.
