目的 探讨手足口病家庭聚集性疫情流行特征。方法 采取现场调查及人工筛查的方法,收集2014年阜阳市手足口病家庭聚集性发病及处置相关资料。结果 2014年阜阳市共发生手足口病家庭聚集性疫情304起,发病人数613例。发生地区以农村为主,占总数的90.79%。不同地区之间手足口病家庭聚集性病例构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=71.346,P<0.01)。家庭聚集性疫情以散居儿童发病最多,占报告病例数的97.72%。结论 手足口病家庭聚集性疫情呈散发状态,病原学监测有待进一步加强。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the epidemiological characteristics for family clustering events of hand-foot and mouth disease (HFMD) so as to provide new scientific evidence for standardized disposal. Methods The data with family clustering events of HFMD in 2014 was collected by field investigation and artificial screening. Results There were 304 family clustering events of HFMD in Fuyang in 2014, involving 613 cases. Most of these cases occurred in rural area, accounting for 90.79%. There was significant difference in different areas (χ2=71.346,P<0.01). The population distribution was dominated by scattered children (97.72%). Conclusion The family clustering events of HFMD was distributed, and the monitoring of etiology needs to be further strengthened.
