目的 研究一种复合植物精油的抑菌性能及其安全性。方法 采用复合植物精油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌抑菌试验和稳定性试验,观察抑菌性能,将复合植物精油涂于健康豚鼠背部皮肤,连续14 d涂抹,同时采用阴性对照,即未采取任何处理措施,观察豚鼠皮肤有无刺激炎性反应,揭示该对该植物精油抑菌性能及其安全性。结果 该植物精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌圈直径均大于7 mm,抑菌效果显著;植物精油于37 ℃、相对湿度75%条件下放置3个月,抑菌性能与存放前基本一致;皮肤刺激性指数为0,刺激反应强度为无刺激性。结论 该植物精油对细菌和真菌的生长均具有良好的抑制作用,抑菌效果稳定,对皮肤无刺激作用。
Abstract
Objective To study the antibacterial efficacy and safety of a compound plant essential oil. Methods The bacteriostasis test and stability test of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans with compound plant essential oil were used to observe the bacteriostasis performance. The compound plant essential oil was coated on the back skin of the healthy guinea pig, 14d was applied continuously, and the negative control was adopted, that is, no measures was taken, and the skin of guinea pig was observed to be irritating. Inflammatory reaction revealed the bacteriostatic property and safety of this essential oil. Result The diameter of the inhibition circle for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans were more than 7mm, and effect was stable. When the plant essential oil was placed under 37 centigrade and 75% relative humidity for 3 months, the bacteriostasis performance was basically the same as before the storage. The skin irritation index was 0 and the intensity had no irritation. Conclusion The compound plant essential oils has good antibacterial effect to bacteria and fungal, stable property and safety without irritation to the skin.
