目的 了解大学生血压水平、高血压患病率及与体质量指数(BMI)的关系。方法 调查阜阳市某高校大一(2016级)、大二(2015级)4 783名在校学生,测量身高、体重及血压,根据身高和体重计算体质量指数,分析调查对象高血压患病率,不同性别的大学生高血压患病水平,体质量指数对高血压的影响。结果 共调查4 873人,高血压检出率13.7%,男生检出率20.5%,女生检出率3.4%,两者差异具有统计学意义(χ2=289.200, P<0.001)。体质量指数与收缩压和舒张压水平均相关(r分别为0.424、0.359,P值均小于0.001)。大学生中高血压的检出率随BMI的增加呈明显的上升趋势(χ2=538.003,P<0.001)。结论 大学生中高血压患病率水平较高,高血压患病率存在明显的性别差异,体质量指数与高血压患病水平呈正相关。
Abstract
Objective To understand blood pressure status, prevalence of hypertension and its association with body mass index among college students. Methods Freshmen and sophomores from a university were recruited. After measuring blood pressure, height and weight, we calculated the body mass index based on height and weight, analyzed the prevalence of hypertension, the level of prevalence among different genders, and the effect of body mass index on hypertension. Results A total of 4873 students were investigated. The detection rate of hypertension was 13.7%, which among boys (20.5%) was higher than girls(3.4%). BMI was associated with the levels of SBP and DBP(r values was 0.424 and 0.359 respectively, both of P values were less than 0.001). The detection rate of hypertension increased with BMI(χ2=538.003,P<0.001. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension among college students was at a high level. There were significant gender differences in prevalence of hypertension, and body mass index was positively correlated with prevalence of hypertension.
