目的 了解肥西县15岁及以上居民高血压患病状况,为规范慢病管理、制定肥西县高血压防控措施提供依据。方法 通过多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取肥西县4 278户家庭,共调查15岁及以上居民7 030人,采用集中和入户调查相结合的方法,对人群高血压患病情况、血压知晓情况进行调查。 结果 肥西县15岁及以上居民高血压患病率为22.0%,男女患病率差异有统计学意义(χ²=7.941,P=0.005) 。高血压患病率随年龄增长而增高(χ²=481.65,P=0.000),随文化程度升高而降低(χ²=232.821,P=0.000),且在不同职业间差异有统计学意义(χ²=42.274,P=0.000)。血压知晓率随着年龄组增长而增高(χ²_趋势=6.366,P=0.012),随文化程度升高而升高(χ²=12.183,P=0.016)。不同职业人群高血压知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ²=65.219,P=0.000)。结论 肥西县15岁及以上居民高血压患病率较高,高血压知晓率较低,应加强本县高血压管理和健康宣传,提高病情控制率和高血压知晓率,从而降低高血压患病风险。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension among residents aged 15 years and older in Feixi county,and provide evidence for further hypertension prevention and control measures. Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 4 278 households in Feixi County. A total of 7 030 residents aged 15 and over were investigated. The investigation and physical examination were conducted by combining centralized and household surveys. The prevalence of hypertension and awareness of blood pressure were analyzed. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 22.0%,which was higher in male than that in female (χ²=7.941,P=0.005). The prevalence rate of hypertension increased with age (χ²=481.65,P=0.000) and decreased with the rise of education level (χ²=232.821,P=0.000). The prevalence rate of hypertension was statistically different among different occupations (χ²=42.274,P=0.000). The awareness rate of hypertension increased with age (χ²trend=6.366,P=0.012) and increased with the rise of education level (χ²=12.183,P=0.016). The awareness rate of hypertension was statistically different among different occupations (χ²=65.219,P=0.000). Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension among residents aged 15 years and above in Feixi county was relatively high,and the awareness rate of hypertension was relatively low. The county's hypertension management and health promotion should be strengthened to improve the disease control rate and high blood pressure awareness rate one,thereby reducing the risk of hypertension.
