摘要

目的 综合评价安庆市辖区手足口病防控工作质量。方法 使用TOPSIS综合评价方法,对手足口病报告率,标本送检率,阳性标本网络订正率和聚集性疫情发现率等指标进行归一化处理,并计算欧氏距离与最优方案和最劣方法的差距。结果 WJX地区手足口病报告率为100%,阳性标本网络订正率100%,标本完成率为133.33%,聚集性疫情发现率为100%,相对接近程度最高,为0.939,最接近最优值,其他县区均低于这个值;YXX地区手足口病报告率为100%,阳性标本网络订正率55%,标本完成率为55%,聚集性疫情发现率为50%,相对接近程度最低,为0.291。 结论 安庆市手足口病防控质量以WJX最高,YXX和TCS防控质量较差。

Abstract

Objective Comprehensive Evaluation on the Quality of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Control in Counties and Districts of Anqing city. Methods TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method was used to normalize the reporting rate of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD), the rate of specimen submission for examination, the correction rate of positive specimen network and the rate of clustering epidemic detection.The difference between Euclidean distance and the optimal scheme and the worst method was calculated. Results The report rate of HFMD in WJX was 100%, the correction rate of positive sample network was 100%, the sample completion rate was 133.33%, the detection rate of aggregated epidemic was 100%, the relative closest degree was 0.939, and the closest optimal value was lower than this value in other counties; the report rate of HFMD in YXX was 100%, and the correction rate of positive sample network was 55%.The completion rate of the specimen was 55%, the detection rate of the clustered epidemic was 50%, and the relative degree of closeness was the lowest, 0.291. Conclusions The quality of prevention and control of hand foot mouth disease was the highest in WJC and YXX and TCS were poorer.
