目的 通过分析宿松县首例人感染猪链球菌病相关流行病学资料,了解感染来源和风险因素。方法 收集病例临床表现和其他临床资料;调查病例的流行病学史,采集患者血液及生猪咽拭子标本进行培养。结果 结合患者从事生猪副产品加工的流行病学史、根据临床表现、血小板持续性下降,嗜中性粒细胞绝对数升高,患者血液、脑脊液中检出猪链球菌血清2型菌株,判断该患者为人感染猪链球菌病。病人从事生猪副产品加工,无个人防护措施,是造成感染的风险因素。结论 该患者是宿松县首例人感染猪链球菌病,加强生猪检疫,做好宰杀人员和加工人员的个人防护是防控人感染猪链球菌病的重要举措。
Abstract
Objective To understend the source and risk factors of the first human infection with Streptococcus suis in Susong County by analyzing the epidemiological data. Methods Clinical manifestations and other clinical data were collected, epidemiological history of the cases was investigated, blood samples of patients and swab samples of pig pharynx were collected for cultivation. Results According to the epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, persistent decrease of platelets, increase of absolute number of neutrophils and detection of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 strains in blood and cerebrospinal fluid of patients, it was judged that the patient was infected with Streptococcus suis.Patient engaged in pig by-product processing, without personal protective measures, was the risk factor of infection. Conclusion The patient is the first case of human infection with Streptococcus suis in Susong County.Strengthening pig quarantine and personal protection of slaughters and processors are important measures to prevent and control human infection with Streptococcus suis.
