目的 了解芜湖市鸠江区托幼机构消毒效果现状,找出托幼机构在消毒管理中存在的问题,指导托幼机构更好地开展消毒工作。方法 采用现场抽检的方法,对全区在教育局备案的所有托幼机构的室内空气、玩具、物体表面、幼儿和教师手、餐具、紫外线进行检测,对抽检的样品进行检测,分析合格情况。结果 近7年间芜湖市鸠江区共检测托幼机构标本728份,合格416份,合格率为57.1%, 2018年最低为30.7%,2017年合格率最高为77.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.464,P＜0.01);江南片与江北片的托幼机构样本合格率分别为63.2%、49.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.644,P＜0.01);七类样品中合格率最高的为餐具(84.0%),最低的为幼儿手样(33.1%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=80.375,P＜0.01); 公办托幼机构与民办托幼机构样品合格率分别为69.9%、55.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.205,P=0.013)。结论 鸠江区托幼机构的消毒质量不高,除餐具以外各类样品的合格率均不高,有关部门应加强管理,进一步提高托幼机构的消毒质量。
Abstract
Objective To understand the present situation of disinfection effect in nursery institutions in Jiujiang District of Wuhu City, find out the problems existing in the disinfection management of nursery institutions, and guide nursery institutions to better carry out disinfection work. Methods The indoor air, toys, surface of objects, hands of children and teachers, tableware and ultraviolet radiation of all nursery institutions filed by the Education Bureau in the whole district were detected by spot checking method.The samples for random inspection were tested and the qualified situation was analyzed. Results In the past seven years, 728 samples of nursery institutions in Jiujiang District of Wuhu City were tested, 416 of which were qualified,the qualified rate was 57.1%.The lowest qualified rate was 30.7% in 2018, and the highest was 77.8% in 2017.The difference was statistically significant (χ2= 44.464,P＜0.01).The sample qualified rate of samples of nursery institutions in Jiangnan part and Jiangbei part was 63.2% and 49.0%, respectively.There was statistical significance (χ2= 14.644, P＜0.01).Among the seven kinds of samples, the highest qualified rate was tableware (84.0%) and the lowest was hand sample of children (33.1%).The difference was statistically significant (χ2= 80.375, P＜ 0.01).The qualified rates of public and private nursery institutions were 69.9% and 55.5%, respectively, with statistical significance(χ2=6.205, P=0.013). Conclusion The disinfection quality of nursery institutions in Jiujiang District is not high, and the qualified rate of all kinds of samples except tableware is not high.The relevant departments should strengthen management to further improve the disinfection quality of nursery institutions.
