目的 分析两种消毒方法在综合重症监护病房消毒效果,探讨效果可靠、操作方便且具有良好依从性的消毒方法。方法 选择 2018年2~12月皖南医学院第二附属医院综合重症监护室住院患者,按照所在床单元随机分为A组与B组,每组30张床。A组使用500 mg/L含氯消毒剂消毒,B组使用复方季铵盐湿巾消毒,对床栏、床旁桌及心电监护仪面板进行擦拭消毒,比较不同消毒方法的消毒效果、消毒过程耗用的时长及依从性。结果 两种消毒方法对重症监护室住院患者所在病房的物体表面杀菌率及合格率随时间变化呈下降趋势,但消毒效果在两组之间差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);A组消毒过程耗时,每次比B组平均多(34.92±3.06) min;A组与B组的消毒依从性分别为52.32%、81.30%,B组显著高于A组(χ2=260.308,P<0.05)。结论 复方季铵盐湿巾对重症监护病房高频接触物体表面的消毒效果可靠,且取用方便,依从性高,可降低交叉污染风险,值得推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the disinfection effect of two disinfection methods in general intensive care unit (ICU),and to discusse the disinfection method with reliable disinfection effect,convenient operation and good compliance. Methods From February to December 2018,the inpatients in the general ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were randomly divided into group A and group B according to their bed units,with 30 beds in each group.Group A was disinfected with 500 mg/L chlorine containing disinfectant,group B was disinfected with compound quaternary ammonium salt wipes,and the bed fence,bedside table and electrocardiograph monitor panel were wiped and disinfected.The disinfecting effect,time consumption and compliance of different disinfecting methods were compared. Results The sterilization rate and qualified rate of two disinfection methods on the object surface of inpatients in ICU decreased with time,but there was no significant difference in disinfection effect between the two groups (P>0.05).The disinfection time of group A was (34.92±3.06) minutes longer than that of group B.The disinfection compliance of group A and group B was 52.32% and 81.30% respectively,and that of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (χ2= 260.308,P<0.05). Conclusion The disinfectant effect of compound quaternary ammonium salt wipes on the surface of high frequency contact objects in ICU was reliable,easy to use,high compliance,and could reduce the risk of cross contamination,which was worth popularizing.
