摘要
目的 通过对一起高速服务区新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情调查,分析疫情防控中存在的问题与不足。方法 应用现场流行病学方法调查病例及其密切接触者,采集病例和密切接触者的咽拭子标本,采用荧光定量RT-PCR技术对采集的标本进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果 本起聚集性疫情涉及5例确诊病例和1例无症状感染者,疫情发生的原因是因密切接触导致的人际传播。结论 高速服务区新冠肺炎疫情防控存在薄弱环节,应引起高度重视。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the problems and deficiencies in the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by investigating a cluster epidemic in expressway service area. Methods Field epidemiological method was used to survey the cases and their close contacts.Pharyngeal swab specimens from patients and close contacts were collected.Real time quantitative RT-PCR technique was used to detect novel coronavirus nucleic acid in respiratory specimens collected from the respondents. Results A total of 5 confirmed cases and 1 asymptomatic patient were involved in the epidemic.The outbreak was caused by human-to-human transmission due to close contact. Conclusions There were weak links in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the expressway service area,which should be paid great attention.
