目的 通过分析五河县疑似预防接种异常反应发生情况,了解其监测指标完成情况和疫苗接种安全性。方法 分别从中国疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统和安徽省免疫规划信息系统收集五河县2015~2018年疑似预防接种异常反应个案信息和疫苗接种信息,分析疑似预防接种异常反应发生率和疑似预防接种异常反应发生的原因。结果 2015~2018年五河县共报告疑似预防接种异常反应病例317例,AEFI报告发生率27.6/10万剂次,病例就诊后48 h内报告率为100%。2岁以内儿童的病例占82.0%,91.8%的病例是散居儿童。3~8月份病例数占71.9%。全县14个乡镇均有AEFI报告,临北乡、小溪镇和头铺镇AEFI报告发生率位居前三位。疑似预防接种异常反应均为一般反应,AEFI报告发生率前三位疫苗为吸附无细胞百白破联合疫苗(DTaP)、麻疹风疹联合减毒活疫苗(MR)和吸附白喉破伤风联合疫苗(DT)。结论 五河县疑似预防接种异常报告反应发生率不高,DTaP、MR和DT疫苗是影响五河县AFEI的重要疫苗,总体看全县的疫苗接种安全性较好。

Objective To analyze the occurrence of adverse events following immunization (AEFI) in Wuhe County, and to understand the completion of monitoring indicators and vaccination safety. Methods Case information and vaccination information of AEFI in Wuhe County from 2015 to 2018 were collected from National AEFI information management system in China and Anhui provincial immunization planning information system, and the incidence and causes of AEFI were analyzed. Results From 2015 to 2018, 317 cases of AEFI were reported in Wuhe County, with the reported incidence of 27.6/100000 doses by AEFI, and the reported rate within 48 hours after treatment was 100%.82.0% of the cases were children under 2 years old, 91.8% of them were scattered children.71.9% of the cases were from March to August.AEFI was reported in 14 towns in the county, and the incidence of AEFI in Linbei Township, Xiaoxi town and toupu town was the top three.All the abnormal reactions of AEFI were general reactions.The top three vaccines reported by AEFI were DTaP, MR and DT. Conclusion In Wuhe County, the incidence of AEFI is not high.DTaP, Mr and DT vaccines are important vaccines that affect AFEI.In general, the vaccination safety in Wuhe County is good.
