摘要
目的 了解输入性新冠肺炎病例的诊治和管理情况,为新冠肺炎病例的防控提供科学依据。方法 通过查阅资料、询问病例、知情人和接诊医生等方式对首发输入病例进行流行病学调查,同时了解密切接触者发病状况;访谈医务人员和查阅病历了解诊疗情况。电话回访病人出院后恢复情况和接触者后续发病情况。结果 病例长期居住在武汉市汉阳区,患者在武汉市感染新冠病毒可能性较大,密切接触者40人,没有出现新冠肺炎病例。结论 W县首例新冠肺炎输入病例为武汉市返乡人员,无造成本地感染。
Abstract
Objective To understand the diagnosis, treatment and management of imported COVID-19 cases and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of COVID-19 cases. Methods Through consulting data, asking cases, insiders and doctors, epidemiological investigation was carried out on the first imported cases, and the incidence of close contacts was also understood.We interviewed medical personnel and consulted medical records for diagnosis and treatment, and used telephone to visit the recovery of patients after discharge and the follow-up incidence of contacts. Results The patient had lived in Hanyang District of Wuhan for a long time.The patient was more likely to be infected with COVID-19 in Wuhan, and 40 people were close contacts, and no new case was reported. Conclusion The first imported case in w county was a returnee from Wuhan.No local infection was reported.
