砷铈催化分光光度法测定人指甲中碘含量

摘要

目的 建立人指甲中微量碘的简便测定方法。方法 使用高氯酸—氯酸钠湿法消解样品,砷铈分光光度法测定碘含量。分析砷铈催化分光光度法测定人指甲碘的线性范围、检测限、精密度、回收率。结果 该方法测定线性范围为0~200 μg/L,|R|≥0.9999;方法检测限为1.29 μg/g,定量限为4.30 μg /g(取样0.3 mL消解液);批内测定的变异系数为0.84%。低、中、高不同碘含量指甲加标回收,加标量为2 ng、15 ng、20 ng,回收率105.4%。结论 该方法拥有良好的精密度和准确度,实验方法简单易操作,可作为人指甲微量碘的检测方法。

Abstract

Objective To develop a simple method of assaying microdose iodine in the fingernails. Methods The samples were digested by perchloric acid and potassium perchlorate and the iodine content of the sample was determined by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry.The linearity and liner near range of the standard curve,detection limit,precision,recovery rate of the newly developed arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry were tested. Results The linear range of this method was 0~200μg/L,|R|≥0.9999.The detection limit is 1.29μg/g and the quantification limit is 4.30μg/g (sample 0.3ml).The inter assay coefficient of variation (CV)for one sample was 0.84%.The nails of the high,medium,and low iodine content groups were added sample and recovered.The adding sample amount was 2ng,15ng,and 20ng respectively.and the recovery rate was 105.4%. Conclsion The method has good precision and accuracy.The experimental method is simple and easy to operate.It can be used as a detection method of micro iodine in human nails.
