目的 了解安阳市家长对儿童预防接种服务的满意度,为提高预防接种服务质量提供参考。方法 采用多阶段抽样方法,分别抽取城镇和农村儿童家长,抽取2013年1月1日-2018年12月31日出生儿童的家长进行问卷调查,调查229名儿童家长预防接种满意度,并分析影响满意度的因素。结果 抽取239名儿童家长,回收229份有效问卷。儿童家长对预防接种服务总体满意率为82.5%,其中,对非免疫规划疫苗收费满意率最低,为55.9%。儿童家长年龄越大,满意率越低(OR=0.473,95% CI:0.227~0.982);本地儿童家长满意率高于流动儿童家长(OR=0.279,95% CI:0.089~0.874)。结论 安阳市儿童家长对预防接种服务总体满意率尚可,家长年龄和居住属性可能是引起儿童家长对预防接种服务不满意的主要原因。
Abstract
Objective To know parents’ satisfaction of vaccination service so as to provide a reference for the improvement of immunization program. Methods Through multi-stage random sampling,the parents of local and floating children who were born from January 1,2013 to December 31,2018 were randomly selected.A questionnaire survey was conducted,and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 229 valid questionnaires were collected.The overall satisfaction of children’s parents with immunization services was 82.5%,and lowest satisfaction rate was 55.9% in charges for Category 2 vaccines.With the increase of parents' age,the satisfaction rate decreased (OR=0.473,95% CI:0.227~0.982);and the satisfaction rate of local children was higher than that of mobile children(OR=0.279,95% CI:0.089~0.874). Conclusion In Anyang,children’s parents are generally satisfied with the immunization planning services.The parent's age and residence attribute may be the main reasons for parents' dissatisfaction with the vaccination service.
