合肥市新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的“早发现”分析

合肥市新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的“早发现”分析

摘要

目的 分析合肥市新型冠状病毒肺炎病例发现时间对传染源隔离、患者病程及临床严重程度的影响,为疫情防控提供参考。方法 根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统-传染病监测系统中合肥市医疗机构报告的新型冠状病毒肺炎的个案数据及新冠肺炎个案流行病学调查资料,分析新冠肺炎病例发病-首诊、发病-诊断、首诊-诊断、发病-隔离时间、发病-诊断时间与病程相关性分析。结果 2020年1月1日至3月10日,合肥地区报告新冠肺炎确诊病例174例,发病-首诊时间的中位数2 d,发病-诊断时间的中位数6 d。发病-首诊、发病-诊断、首诊-诊断、发病-隔离的时间间隔随着疫情进展逐渐缩短。患者病程中位数24 d,随着发病-诊断间隔时间的缩短,患者的病程也相应缩短,发病-诊断间隔与患者病程长短呈正相关关系(rs= 0.540,P<0.001)。结论 合肥市对新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的早发现能力随着疫情防控的进展逐步提高,病例的早发现可有效缩短患者病程。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of the detection time of COVID-19 cases in Hefei on the isolation of the source of infection,the course of disease and the clinical severity of the patients,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods According to COVID-19 cases reported in Hefei in China Information System for Disease Control and prevention-infectious disease surveillance system,the correlation of course of disease with onset first diagnosis,onset diagnosis,onset first diagnosis,onset isolation time,and onset diagnosis time were analyzed. Results A total of 174 cases was diagnosed in Hefei from January 1,2020 to March 10th.The median time of onset and first diagnosis was 2 days,and the median time of onset and diagnosis was 6 days.The time intervals of onset first diagnosis,onset diagnosis,first diagnosis and onset isolation were gradually shortened with the progress of the epidemic.The median duration of the disease was 24 days.With the shortening of the interval between onset and diagnosis,the duration of the disease was shortened.The interval between onset and diagnosis was positively correlated with the duration of the disease (rs=0.540,P<0.001). Conclusion The ability to early detect COVID-19 cases has been gradually improved with the progress of epidemic prevention and control,which can effectively shorten the course of disease of patients.
