目的 了解蚌埠市龙子湖区老年人健康状况满意度及其影响因素,为健康干预提供理论依据。方法 2015年抽样调查蚌埠市龙子湖区年龄60岁及以上人群的健康满意度,采用SPSS 21.0软件对满意度影响因素进行单因素分析,使用MLwiN软件对调查数据做多水平结构分析,采用logistic回归分析健康满意度影响因素。结果 共调查1 490名60岁及以上老年人,有1 041人对个人健康状况满意,满意度69.9%。logistic回归分析显示,影响健康状况满意度的因素有慢病家族史、现患慢病情况、两周患病情况、医疗保险费用占年收入比例、体育锻炼情况和心理健康状况,有慢性家族史、有现患慢病的、有两周患病的、医疗保险费用占年收入比例越大的、体育锻炼强度越低和心理健康状况越差的老年人对其自身健康状况越不满意。结论 蚌埠市龙子湖区老年人健康满意度不高,影响因素较多,应加大对老年人的健康状况关注。

Objective To explore the health satisfaction of elderly people and their influencing factors in longzihu District of Bengbu City,and provide theoretical basis for health intervention. Methods In 2015,the health satisfaction of people aged 60 and above in Longzihu District of Bengbu City was investigated by sampling.SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction.MLwiN software was used to do multi-level structural analysis on the survey data,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of health satisfaction. Results A total of 1 490 elderly people aged 60 and above were investigated,of which 1 041 were satisfied with their health status,with 69.9%.Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of chronic diseases,current chronic diseases,two-week illness,the proportion of medical insurance expenses in annual income,physical exercise and mental health were the influencing factors of health satisfaction.The higher the proportion of medical insurance expenses in annual income,the lower the intensity of physical exercise and mental health were The worse the mental health of the elderly,the less satisfied they are with their own health. Conclusion The health satisfaction of the elderly in Longzihu District of Bengbu City is not high,and there are many influencing factors.
