目的 了解全省市县级健康教育人员的培训需求,为健康教育能力建设提供科学依据。方法 使用自制问卷对市、县两级健康教育人员开展培训需求的调查,采用EpiData软件进行数据双录入,应用SPSS 21.0软件统计描述和分析。结果 本次调查共回收有效问卷296份,调查对象平均年龄(41.02±8.91)岁;高级职称占9.8%、中级职称占39.5%;从业年限的中位数是3(1-10)年。培训需求依次为场所健康教育(占54.1%)、其他专题健康教育(占53.0%)、健康教育理论(占50.6%)、健康教育实用技能(占40.4%)、疾病健康教育(占37.1%)。市级健康教育人员对场所健康教育的培训需求高于县(区)级(χ2=8.636,P=0.003),而疾病健康教育及其他专题健康教育方面则低于县(区)级(χ2=9.405,16.90,P=0.002,<0.001);高级职称者对场所健康教育和其他专题健康教育低于其他调查对象(χ2=11.060,18.543,P=0.011,<0.001);从业11年及以上的调查对象对健康教育实用技能的需求高于其他人群(χ2=8.507,P=0.014)。培训方式主要是专家讲座(占86.5%)和现场参观(占81.8%)。75.7%的调查对象认为每次培训班应控制在3~5 d。结论 不同调查对象对健康教育培训内容需求不同,应根据健康教育的需求开展针对性地培训工作。
Abstract
Objective To find out the training needs of health education personnel at the municipal and county levels in the whole province,so as to provide scientific basis for the capacity-building of health education. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the training needs of health education personnel at municipal and county levels.Epidata software was used for double data entry,and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical description and analysis. Results Among 296 valid questionnaires,the average age of respondents was(41.02±8.91),senior titles accounted for 9.8%,and intermediate titles accounted for 39.5%,while the median length of employment was 3(1-10)years.The order of health education training needs was followed by sector-based health education (54.1%),other thematic health education (53.0%),health education theory (50.6%),health education practical skills (40.4%) and disease health education (37.1%).The training needs about sector-based health education of the municipal level were higher than that of the county (district) level(χ2=8.636,P=0.003),while disease health education and other thematic health education were lower than those of the county (district) level.The demands of senior titles for sector-based health education and other thematic health education were lower than that of other groups (χ2=11.060,18.543,P=0.011,<0.001).The training needs of the practical skills among the people who had worked for 11 years or more were higher than other groups((χ2=8.507,P=0.014).Expert lectures (86.5 %) and on-site visits (81.8%) were the main training methods that respondents wished to adopt.75.7% of the respondents believed that the training should be kept to 3-5 days. Conclusion Different training contents should be set according to the needs of the trainees and the development of health education work.
