英德市2019年钉螺复现疫情处置情况

摘要

目的 总结分析2019年英德市钉螺复现疫情的处置方法,为传播阻断地区螺情应急处置提供借鉴。方法 收集整理英德市2019年钉螺复现疫情应急处置措施,对采取的综合措施的效果和不足进行分析。结果 2019年英德市钉螺复现疫情,随即有关部门迅速启动IV应急响应;调查钉螺可疑孳生环境1 228个,发现有螺环境23个,有螺环境面积105 648.94 m2,查获活钉螺6 949只;筛查常住人员2 503人次,流动人员418人次,牛只155头次,未发现病人、病畜和感染性钉螺。投入资金5 530多万元,修建三面硬化渠道15.13 Km,铺设机耕路10.23 Km,农桥11座,节制闸5座,排水涵洞31座,蓄水排灌池1个,沉螺池1个。铲除杂草、荆棘丛358 101.79 m2,填高平整低洼土地23 600.12 m2。验收评估查螺,未发现活钉螺孳生。结论 英德市钉螺复现疫情应急处置取得阶段性成果,今后应强化区域间和部门间的联防联控,持续对相关区域开展综合监测和长期治理,以便及时发现螺情并有效予以处置。

Abstract

Objective To summarize and analyze the disposal methods for the recurrence of Oncomelania snails in Yingde City in 2019,so as to provide reference for the emergency disposal of blocking the transmission of Oncomelania snails in the region. Methods Collected and sorted out the emergency response measures for the recurrence of Oncomelania snails in Yingde City in 2019,and analyzed the effects and deficiencies of the comprehensive measures taken. Results Oncomelania snails reappeared in Yingde City in 2019,and then relevant departments quickly started IV emergency response.1 228 suspected breeding environments for Oncomelania snails were investigated,23 environments with Oncomelania snails were found.The area with Oncomelania snails was 105 648.94 m2,and 6 949 live Oncomelania snails were found.2 503 permanent residents,418 floating personnel and 155 cattle were screened,and no patients,sick animals and infectious snails were found.More than 55.3 million yuan was invested,and 15.13 Km of three-sided hardened channels,10.23 Km of tractor roads,11 agricultural bridges,5 sluice gates,31 drainage culverts,1 water storage and drainage tank and 1 snail pond were built.58 101.79 m2 weeds and thorn bushes were eradicated,and 23600.12 m2 of low-lying land was filled and leveled.No live Oncomelania snails were found during the acceptance evaluation. Conclusion The emergency response to the recurrence of the Oncomelania snails has achieved phased results.In the future,joint prevention and control between regions and departments should be strengthened,and comprehensive monitoring and long-term management of relevant areas should be continued,so as to find the Oncomelania snail epidemic in time and deal with it effectively.
