基于六西格玛理论的健康教育模式对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究基于六西格玛理论的健康教育模式对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年2月期间于平顶山市第一人民医院特需内科就诊的且符合纳入标准的120例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,即对照组、观察组各60例。对照组行常规模式干预,观察组在常规模式的基础上联合以六西格玛理论为导向的健康教育模式干预。比较两组自我管理能力、生活质量、自我授权能力、疾病知识知晓情况、主观幸福感、心理情绪指标的差异。结果 观察组自我管理能力高于对照组(饮食:t=10.350,P<0.001;运动:t=5.558,P<0.001;用药:t=7.791,P<0.001;检查:t=3.276,P<0.001)。观察组生活质量高于对照组(躯体功能:t=4.807,P<0.001;心理功能:t=7.353,P<0.001;社会功能:t=7.326,P<0.001;物质生活状态:t=7.015,P<0.001)。观察组自我授权能力(t=7.515,P<0.001)、疾病知识知晓情况(t=18.470,P<0.001)、主观幸福感上(t=6.157,P<0.001)得分高于对照组。观察组焦虑(t=25.430,P<0.001)、抑郁(t=12.710,P<0.001)得分低于对照组。结论 实施基于六西格玛理论的健康教育策略可明显增强患者自我管理能力,缓解心理负面情绪,提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of health education model based on Six Sigma theory on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the special internal medicine department of Pingdingshan First People's Hospital from June 2020 to February 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into two groups,namely,the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases each.The control group received routine model intervention,while the observation group received health education model intervention guided by Six Sigma theory on the basis of routine model.The differences of self-management ability,quality of life,self-authorization ability,disease knowledge awareness,subjective well-being,psychological and emotional indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the self-management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (diet: t=10.350,P<0.001;exercise:t=5.558,P<0.001;medication: t=7.791,P<0.001;examination: t=3.276,P<0.001).After intervention,the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (physical function: t=4.807,P<0.001;psychological function: t=7.353,P<0.001;social function: t=7.326,P<0.001;material living status: t= 7.015,P < 0.001).The scores of self-authorization ability (t=7.515,P<0.001),disease knowledge awareness (t=18.470,P<0.001),and subjective well-being (t=6.157,P<0.001) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of anxiety (t=25.430,P<0.001) and depression (t=12.710,P<0.001) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The implementation of health education strategy based on Six Sigma theory can significantly enhance the self-management ability of patients,alleviate negative psychological emotions,and improve the quality of life.
