目的 了解公共场所从业人员新冠肺炎疫情防控行为,为常态化疫情防控工作提供依据。方法 通过问卷星,采用方便抽样的方法对新乡市不同公共场所进行调查,分析不同公共场所工作人员新冠肺炎疫情防控行为及影响因素。结果 公共场所从业人员新冠肺炎疫情防控知识知晓率71.0%;不同文化程度公共场所从业人员疫情防控知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ²=13.094,P=0.006);不同类别公共场所从业人员疫情防控行为差异具有统计学意义(χ²=12.553,P=0.006)。分类树模型和logistic回归分析发现,疫情防控知识知晓、性别和工作场所为从业人员疫情防控行为影响因素,疫情防控知识知晓(OR=0.554,95%CI:0.361~0.850)为从业人员疫情防控行为保护因素。结论 公共场所从业人员疫情防控知晓率较低,疫情防控行为较差,应加强公共场所对新冠肺炎疫情防控管理。

Objective To understand the COVID-19 prevention and control behaviors of employees in public places,and to provide a basis for normalized epidemic prevention and control work. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate different public places through the Questionnaire Star network platform in Xinxiang City,and to analyze the prevention and control behaviors and influencing factors of COVID-19 among workers in different public places. Results The general qualification rate of epidemic prevention and control knowledge among public places employees was relatively low,only 71.0%.There were significant differences in the knowledge awareness of epidemic prevention and control among employees with different education levels (χ²=13.094,P=0.006) and in different public places (χ²=12.553,P=0.006).The classification tree model and logistic regression analysis showed that knowledge of epidemic prevention and control,gender and workplace were the influencing factors of epidemic prevention and control behaviors,and knowledge of epidemic prevention and control (OR=0.554,95%CI:0.361-0.850) were the protective factors of epidemic prevention and control behaviors. Conclusion The awareness rate of epidemic prevention and control among employees in public places is low,and their epidemic prevention and control behaviors are poor.Therefore,prevention and control management of COVID-19 in public places should be strengthened.
