随着慢性病高发以及新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,“医防融合”的理念引起了各界重视。“医防融合”对于推进健康中国建设,加强公共卫生服务体系建设,实现医疗卫生从“以治病为中心”向“以健康为中心”转变意义重大。为增强对“医防融合”的理解,本文从整合型卫生服务的角度探寻了“医防融合”的理论基础,并围绕着急性传染病和慢性非传染性疾病提出“医防融合”的实现路径。
Abstract
With the high incidence of chronic diseases and the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,the concept of "Medical-prevention integration" attracts attention from all walks of life."Medical-prevention integration" is of great significance for promoting the construction of a healthy China,strengthening the construction of public health service system and realizing the transformation of medical care from "treatment-centered" to "health-centered".In order to enhance the understanding of "Medical-prevention integration",this paper explores the theoretical basis of "Medical-prevention integration" from the perspective of integrated health services.This paper also puts forward the realization path of "Medical-prevention integration" around acute infectious diseases and chronic non-infectious diseases.
