目的 分析江西省入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及补种情况,为预防接种证查验效果评价提供依据。方法 采用SPSS 23.0对2016—2021年江西省11个地市上报的江西省儿童入托入学预防接种证查验资料进行统计学分析。结果 2016—2021年,江西省共查验托幼机构和小学149 713所,覆盖率为99.99%;查验儿童8 022 010人,查验率为99.59%;儿童预防接种证持证率、补证率、全程接种率和漏种儿童完成补种率分别为98.86%、95.09%、78.46%和84.61%。8种国家免疫规划疫苗累计补种率87.36%,不同年度疫苗累计补种率差异有统计学意义(χ²=166 837.800,P＜0.001)。结论 江西省入托入学儿童查验预防接种证工作日益完善,但仍应加强教育部门和卫生部门的协作,切实提高漏种儿童的疫苗补种工作。

Objective To analyze the vaccination certificate inspection and re-inoculation among children entering in kindergarten and school in Jiangxi Province for providing a basis for the evaluation of the inspection effect of vaccination certificate. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 on the data of vaccination certificate verification among children entering in kindergarten and school reported from 11 cities in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2021. Results From 2016 to 2021,149 713 kindergartens and primary school children were inspected in Jiangxi Province,with a coverage rate of 99.99%;8 022 010 children were examined,with an examination rate of 99.59%.The certificate holding rate,supplementary certificate rate,full course vaccination rate,and completion rate of missed children were 98.86%,95.09%,78.46% and 84.61%,respectively.The cumulative re-inoculation of eight immunization planning vaccines was 87.36% with a statistical difference in different years (χ²=166 837.800,P<0.001). Conclusion The work of checking vaccination certificates for children enrolled in kindergartens in Jiangxi Province is becoming more and more perfect,and the cooperation between the education and the health departments should be strengthened to effectively improve the re-inoculation work in children who missed planting.
