目的 通过对黄山市徽州区2019—2021年医疗机构不良执业行为记分管理和不良执业行为的分析,探讨医疗机构卫生监督管理模式。方法 收集整理2019—2021年119份黄山市徽州区医疗机构不良执业行为记分资料,分析年度被记分医疗机构数量情况、年度被记分6分及以上医疗机构数量情况、被记分的不良执业行为种类占比情况。原始数据录入Excel软件中,使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析,其中构成比比较采用χ2检验。结果 2019—2021年,黄山市徽州区因不良执业行为被记分的医疗机构数量分别为15、20、44家,被记分医疗机构数量在所有医疗机构中所占的构成比在不同年份间差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.055,P<0.001);年度被记6分及以上的医疗机构数量分别为0、1、6家,被记分最高的医疗机构为2家村卫生室,分别被记10分;被记分的6种不良执业行为种类所占的构成比在不同年份间差异有统计学意义(χ2=55.268,P<0.001)。结论 2019—2021年,黄山市徽州区因不良执业行为被记分的医疗机构总数呈逐年上升的趋势,被记6分以上的医疗机构主要是民营机构和村卫生室,传染病防控、消毒隔离管理和医疗废物处置工作不规范。
Abstract
Objective To explore the health supervision and management model of medical institutions through the analysis of scoring management and bad practice behavior of medical institutions in Huizhou District of Huangshan City from 2019 to 2021. Methods A total of 119 bad practice behavior scoring data of medical institutions in Huizhou District,Huangshan City from 2019 to 2021 were collected and sorted,and the number of medical institutions scored in the year,the number of medical institutions scored 6 points or more in the year,and the proportion of the types of bad practice behaviors scored were analyzed.Raw data was entered into Excel software and statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software.The comparison between the constituent ratios was carried out using χ2 test. Results From 2019 to 2021,the number of medical institutions scoring for bad practice in Huizhou District of Huangshan City was 15,20 and 44,respectively.The proportion of the number of scored medical institutions in all medical institutions was statistically significant between different years(χ2=24.055,P＜0.001).The number of medical institutions with annual scores of 6 or above was 0,1,and 6,respectively.The highest scoring medical institution was 2 village clinics,which were scored 10 points,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the proportion of six types of misconduct scored between different years(χ2=55.268,P＜0.001). Conclusion From 2019 to 2021,the total number of medical institutions scored due to bad practice in Huizhou District,Huangshan City showed an increasing trend year by year.The medical institutions that scored more than 6 points were mainly private institutions and village clinics.The prevention and control of infectious diseases,the management of disinfection and isolation and the disposal of medical waste need to be further standardized.
