目的 调查大学生自杀意念发生情况,探讨大学生自杀意念发生情况与生活事件、社会支持的相关性。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,2020年8月—2022年8月,选取到郑州市第八人民医院就诊的500名大学学生为研究对象,以问卷调查法调查研究对象个人情况、自杀意念情况、生活事件情况及社会支持情况。结果 有自杀意念的大学生42例,占总人数的8.40%。单亲家庭、有失恋史、有性经历、有堕胎以及父亲文化程度低的大学生自杀意念的发生率较高。有自杀意念组的社会支持总分低于无自杀意念组(P<0.001),负性生活事件得分高于无自杀意念组(P<0.001)。自杀意念与生活事件总分呈正相关(r=0.561,P<0.001),与社会支持总分呈现负相关(r=-0.325,P<0.001)。回归分析显示,负性生活事件和社会支持是自杀意念产生的影响因素。结论 大学生自杀意念受负性生活事件和社会支持的影响,减少负性生活事件,提高社会支持系统,可有效降低大学生产生自杀意念,防止自杀行为的发生。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence of suicidal ideation among college students and explore the correlation between the incidence of suicidal ideation among college students,life events,and social support. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 500 college students who came to the Eighth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou for medical treatment from August 2020 to August 2022 as the research objects.The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the personal situation,suicidal ideation,life events and social support of the research subjects. Results The number of college students with suicidal ideation was 42 cases,accounting for 8.40% of the total.The incidence of suicidal ideation was higher among college students who lived in single-parent families,had a history of broken relationships,had sexual experiences,had abortions,and had fathers with low education levels.The total social support score of the group with suicidal ideation was lower than that of the group without suicidal ideation (P<0.001),and the score of negative life events was higher than that of the group without suicidal ideation (P<0.001).Suicidal ideation was positively correlated with the total score of life events (r=0.561,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with the total score of social support (r=-0.325,P<0.001).Regression analysis showed that negative life events and social support were the influencing factors of suicidal ideation. Conclusion The suicidal ideation of college students is affected by negative life events and social support.Reducing negative life events and improving the social support system can effectively reduce the incidence of college students' suicidal ideation and prevent the occurrence of suicidal behavior.
