目的 了解舍格伦综合征患者的口腔健康状况,探讨舍格伦综合征患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响因素。方法 随机选取2022年11月至2023年6月在安徽省合肥市某三甲医院风湿免疫科就诊的80例舍格伦综合征患者为研究对象,进行问卷调查和口腔检查,分析舍格伦综合征患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响因素。结果 舍格伦综合征患者的口腔健康相关生活质量得分为21.26(14.25,29.75)分,年龄(Z=-2.685,P=0.007)、 家庭人均月收入(H=11.569,P=0.009)、病程(H=11.730,P=0.003)、日常清洁习惯(H=9.683,P=0.008)、龋失补指数( DMFT)(H=10.646,P=0.005) 、右上后牙区社区牙周指数( CPI)(H=18.248,P=0.003) 、上前牙区 CPI(H=14.636,P=0.002)、左上后牙区 CPI(H=18.349,P=0.003)、右下后牙区 CPI(H=19.410,P=0.004)、左下后牙区 CPI(H=15.751,P=0.008)、义齿修复类型(H=18.388,P=0.005)对舍格伦综合征患者口腔健康相关生活质量有影响。结论 舍格伦综合征患者口腔健康状况差,口腔健康相关生活质量低,影响口腔健康相关生活质量的因素是年龄、家庭人均月收入、病程、日常清洁习惯、DMFT、右上后牙区 CPI、上前牙区 CPI、左上后牙区 CPI、右下后牙区 CPI、左下后牙区 CPI、义齿修复类型。
Abstract
Objective To understand the oral health status of patients with Sjgren,s syndrome and explore the influencing factors of oral health related quality of life in patients with Sjgren,s syndrome. Methods 80 patients with Sjgren,s syndrome who attended the Rheumatology department of a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Hefei City,Anhui Province from November 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the objects of study.Questionnaires and oral examinations were conducted.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of oral health-related quality of life in patients with Sjgren,s syndrome. Results The Oral health-related quality of life in patients with Sjgren,s syndrome was 21.26 (14.25,29.75),Age (Z=-2.685,P=0.007),monthly income per capita (H=11.569,P=0.009),duration of disease (H=11.730,P=0.003),daily cleaning habits (H=9.683,P=0.008),decayed- missing-filled teeth (DMFT) (H=10.646,P=0.005),community periodontal index (CPI) in the right upper posterior region (H=18.248,P=0.003),CPI in upper anterior teeth (H=14.636,P=0.002),CPI in left upper posterior teeth (H=18.349,P=0.003),CPI in right lower posterior region (H=19.410,P=0.004),CPI in lower left posterior region (H=15.751,P=0.008) and denture re- pair type (H=18.388,P=0.005) had an impact on oral health-related quality of life in patients with Sjgren,s syndrome. Conclusion Patients with Sjgren,s syndrome have poor oral health condition and low oral health-related quality of life,and the factors affecting oral health-related quality of life are age,monthly income per capita,duration of disease,daily cleaning habits,DMFT,CPI in the right upper posterior region,CPI in upper anterior teeth,CPI in left upper posterior teeth,CPI in right lower posterior region,CPI in lower left posterior region and denture repair type.
